Alternatives to karabiner on macOS Sierra submitted 2 years ago by [deleted] I've always used karabiner on el capitan to map CAPs key to control and enable sticky keys (WITHOUT lock) and after upgrading to macOS Sierra, karabiner does not work anymore and I'm left to use karabiner elements (which does not have the features I need). Emacs very slow on OS X Sierra. Up vote 0 down vote favorite. Note: couldn't find an applicable tag. I am running emacs on macOS Sierra and I've no issues so far. Also, there is one thing that could possibly slow down emacs to a crawl; stale projectile cache. C-x 5 0 quits emacs in full-screen mode on Mac High Sierra.

Demonstrate to configure C- to do the mark. However, I can't type those keys into my Emacs, I, and suspect those keystrokes are captured by Mac or iTerm itself. I did several tries: First start emacs in -q, and use C-h k to check what emacs got, M.
